Greg Guido is a Co-Managing Member and Co-Founder of Evergreen Property Partners. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, capital markets, and fund management, and has acquired, developed, managed, and/or advised on more than $11 billion of real property during his career.

Mr. Guido is also a Co-Managing Member and Co-Founder of Stonemar Partners, a vertically integrated real estate investment management company focused on opportunistic and value-add mixed-use and retail-related real estate. At Stonemar, Mr. Guido has structured and managed joint ventures totaling more than $150 million in value with institutional partners such as Apollo Global Management ($498 billion of AUM) and American Realty Advisors ($11 billion of AUM). He also co-leads the company's day-to-day property management and asset management initiatives and develops and manages all equity and debt relationships.

Previously, Mr. Guido worked with or advised The Praedium Group, Cerberus Capital Management, Centro Properties Group, Antares Investment Partners, Argent Ventures, and General Electric on various real estate-related transactions. He was also a board member of Whiterock Real Estate Investment Trust, a Toronto-based company publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange that owned and managed 11 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets throughout Canada and the United States. For seven years, Mr. Guido was an elected member of the REIT’s Investment, Audit, and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. He was also an elected member of the Special Committee responsible for assisting in the negotiation of the REIT's sale to Dundee REIT in a transaction valued at $1.4 billion (including debt).

Mr. Guido began his career in investment banking, specializing in mergers and acquisitions at SG Warburg. He then spent several years in leveraged finance specializing in high yield debt in the energy sector at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse.

Mr. Guido earned a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

DJ Van Keuren has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, finance, investment banking, and fund management and has structured over $5 billon of real estate investments during his career.

Prior to co-founding Evergreen Property Partners, Mr. Van Keuren was President of Real Estate for a family member that owns a Major League Baseball team; a Vice President of Real Estate for the Hayman Family Office (the single family office of the founder of Giorgio Perfume); Director of Family Office Capital for the Arsenal Family Office; Managing Director for the Jain Family Office; and Managing Director of the American Dream Fund.

Mr. Van Keuren has been named as one of Family Capital’s Top 10 Family Office Real Estate Professionals and as one of Trusted Insight’s Top 30 Family Office Real Estate Investors. He is also a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, author of "Real Estate Investing for Family Offices", founder of The Family Office Real Estate Institute and The Family Office Real Estate magazine, and is a frequent speaker at family office conferences around the world. Most recently, Mr. Van Keuren was a Family Wealth Alliance finalist for its Best In Industry awards for Thought Leadership and Special Industry Contributions. He has written numerous articles that have been published in Forbes, Family Office Elite, Real Asset Advisor, National Real Estate Investor, and Private Wealth. Finally, Mr. Van Keuren is on the Editorial Board for Real Asset Advisor magazine, is the President of the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization, and is a prior Board Member for the Real Estate Academic Initiative at Harvard.

Mr. Van Keuren received his B.A. from Ball State University, attended graduate studies in Real Estate at the NYU Schack Real Estate Institute, and received his Master's Degree from Harvard University in Management and Finance.
